We offer a 30-day return policy on all frames and non-prescription sunglasses to ensure you find your perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your Cubitts order, we provide complimentary returns and exchanges within the United Kingdom.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Frames

  Place the eyewear securely in its original protective case and shipping box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized collection point and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
